• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• No refunds for partial months
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page in your account.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately — auto-renewal is stopped and no further charges will be made.
• You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual) already paid for.
• Once the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

5.2 Refund Policy

All payments made to ViaRedirGD-Staging are non-refundable, including:

• Monthly subscription fees for the current billing month
• Annual subscription fees for the current billing year
• Any partial periods remaining after cancellation

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a paid billing cycle. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5.3 Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or technical errors caused by ViaRedirGD-Staging. To request a review, contact us at within 7 days of the charge.

5.4 Free Trial

Free trials do not require payment. Cancelling a trial immediately downgrades your account to the Free plan — no charges are incurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute malicious content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited content
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Harass or harm others

6. Content and Links

6.1 URL Content

You are responsible for:

• The content of URLs you shorten
• Ensuring content complies with these terms
• Any damages caused by your content

6.2 Link Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor shortened URLs
• Block or remove malicious links
• Report illegal content to authorities

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ViaRedirGD-Staging and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to:

• Rate limiting and quotas
• Proper authentication

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• May perform maintenance without notice
• Not liable for service interruptions
